A Columbus area favorite, Whetstone Park offers acres of outdoor entertainment, including bike trails, tennis courts, baseball fields, a serene pond and a popular recreation facility. The highlight of the park is the beautiful 13-acre Park of Roses offering over 11,000 rose bushes and an array of specialized gardens, including an herb garden, a perennial garden and a daffodil garden. The lovely Park of Roses plays host to Columbus' annual Rose Festival held each year in June. The park is located in Clintonville in northeast Columbus.
