This spa is the best spa in Columbus, Ohio! The products, services, and customer care exceeded any spa I have ever been to. They concentrate on your personal care and they value you as a client. Every service I have had there has been fantastic!

I decided to do a whole package 1/2 day at Tranquility and it was so relaxing and amazing. I recommend getting a package of sorts, otherwise it is fairly expensive. Every tech was super nice and didn't talk if I didn't want to. With it being a 1/2 day, lunch was included. Not the most exciting (it came from Panera), but I was hungry! When you're not in an appointment, the staff is constantly checking to make sure you are doing ok and that you don't need anything.

The front desk staff is great with answering questions, even going so far as to bring one of their masseuses to the phone to give some advice on what services to book based on my personal preferences. It was nice to "meet" the worker before getting there.The spa has late hours- till 9 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday- making it convenient to go in after work rather than scheduling a whole day around it. They also open at 9 am on some days, so you'll have the option to start or end your day here. They've got quite a reputation for brow-shaping, and the Tranquil Warm Stone treatments are great. For more intense services, (they offer dermabrasion and glycolic treatments) they have a plastic surgeon on their staff.All in all, this splurge is well worth it, and they do have some loyalty cards and perks as well.

a small place but very nice inside. I love the atmosphere and relaxation room of this place. There arent many deals but wonderful service. love the massages as their people are really good at what they do and the nail techs have a real following of loyal customers despite the outrageous prices so they must be doing something right. the small discounts they do offer are silly and not worth your time of saving one of their mailings (5%) but it is a great place to go if you dont care about cost or size.
